Guest house Kandaferi 1 is the bigger house of the two with 4 double rooms and 2 apartments, furnished with all with all modern conveniences – TV, satellite TV, refrigerator, etc. The house has a unique design, combination of old tradition and modern art. Kandaferi 1 is a newly built house, based on authentic Bulgarian technology in the architectural style of Elena region – the so called “Elena style wooden house”. The construction of the house is entirely made of wood and stone, thus keeping it warm during winters and cool during summers.
