AUTHENTICITY TO THE SMALLEST DETAIL
The total accommodation capacity in the “Kandaferi 1” guest house is 16 places /12 + 4 additional/.
On the ground floor you will find a spacious tavern with 25 seats, a fireplace and an equipped kitchen – crockery, oven, hot plates, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave oven, coffee machine, toaster, kettle for hot water. Curved wooden stairs lead to the next two floors where the bedrooms are located.

All units come with a TV, private bathroom, towels and cosmetics in the bathrooms.

Kandaferi 1 is an excellent choice for family holidays, get-togethers with friends, celebrations and larger groups. The spacious hall offers even more possibilities – from group activities, music and entertainment to corporate gatherings, retreats, training sessions and private events.
The cosy atmosphere continues throughout the winter. The house is comfortably heated by a central heating system, allowing you to enjoy warm and relaxing evenings while the Balkan Mountains outside are peacefully quiet.
Upon prior request, you can enjoy a homemade breakfast, lunch or dinner.
For our youngest guests, there is a children’s playground right next to the house, where they can play safely and freely.
Check-in is from 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are possible only by prior arrangement with the hosts.

*Prices are per night. The house is rented as a whole with a minimum stay of two nights. For stays of three or more nights, on weekdays, Christmas, New Year, and other holidays, prices are negotiable.
