The property is a small complex made up of an authentic traditional house and a newer building, sharing a common courtyard. Set on a hillside, it offers breathtaking mountain views, while the house itself is gently tucked into the forest.
With its spacious rooms, abundant natural light, and panoramic views of the mountains, this is a place where nature becomes part of your stay.

The total capacity for accommodation in guest house Kandaferi 2 is 22 beds
(14 adults + 8 children), distributed as follows:
TRADITIONAL HOUSE:

- Suite with one bedroom and living room – for 2 people + 2 additional seats.
NEW PART:
- 2 double rooms with the possibility of accommodating the 3rd person.

All accommodation units offer stunning views of the mountains. They are equipped with a TV, a seating area, a private bathroom, towels and toiletries. Some of the units also feature a refrigerator and air conditioning.
One of the most inviting places at Kandaferi 2 is the spacious panoramic veranda, offering beautiful views of the Elena Balkan Mountains. The covered veranda features cozy relaxation areas with a comfortable sofa, tables and bar stools.
The heated outdoor swimming pool is open from May to September, while the jacuzzi is available year-round* – perfect for relaxation and enjoying nature regardless of the season.
Upon prior request, you can order homemade meals, including breakfast, lunch or dinner.
Children can safely enjoy themselves at the playground located right next to the house.
During the cold winter months, the house is comfortably heated by a central heating system.
Check-in is from 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are possible only by prior arrangement with the hosts.
Depending on the period, the house is available either for exclusive use or by individual accommodation units. The house can also be rented exclusively by smaller groups of 2 to 12 guests, at a discounted rate.
* Use of the outdoor garden jacuzzi during the heating season (September–May), as well as use of the wood-fired oven, is available at an additional charge.
